Trekking & Yoga in cross-cultural female community

A space to recharge through nature, movement, and connection. A shared journey for women who want to slow down, breathe deeper, and feel more.

‎ ‎

Scapers World is the English-speaking adventure branch of Scapers Club, a Ukrainian- rooted outdoor & wellness community. We believe in the power of shared experience, respectful travel, and deep connection — with the world, others, and yourself.
We host small group adventures in breathtaking places, blending trekking with elements of yoga, breathwork, and self-reflection. Our trips are designed to challenge and inspire — without pressure, ego, or competition.

Your perfect outdoor
 & wellness experience

Movement, breath, and grounding

Gentle yoga and breathwork sessions in the mornings or evenings (depending on the weather). No experience needed — just show up as you are. A space to reconnect with your body and the energy of the mountains.

Moments to reflect and connect

On some days, we gather for tea and shared presence. These aren’t structured “sessions” — just open space to pause, listen, and connect if it feels right.

Stunning views, without the pressure

Mardi Himal is ideal for a first Himalayan trek. No technical climbs — just breathtaking views of Annapurna South, Machapuchare, and Hiunchuli, with every step bringing you closer to the sky.

Mountains, people, simplicity

From the vibrant chaos of Kathmandu to the quiet trails of the Annapurna region — the trek takes you through Gurung and Magar villages, including a stop in Landruk, where the rhythm of Himalayan life still lives. Simple homes and local routines, that gives a true calm of mountain beauty.

Space to unplug and just be

We encourage you to go offline during the trek. Step away from the noise, into the present. Let your mind rest and your senses reawaken.

Mountains and nature always remind me about my childhood, because these are the landscapes where I grew up. Although the steppes and estuaries were also an important part of my development.

Yoga, for me, is a natural process of connecting with myself, which is why it's best to practice in nature.

Nature is diverse: cold, wet, or blossoming. These physical states immerse you into deeper layers of the unconscious, helping to rediscover wild roots and hidden desires.

I approach outdoor practice with simplicity because hiking can be exhausting. So, it makes perfect sense to stretch, work with breath, and do twists. Nature itself—the air, the wind—helps in observing one's state. The body moves, but the spirit stays awake in wild places. The heart and soul need practices that connect spirit, body, and mind, calming down and restoring strength.
