Trek’s features

Includes a
Helicopter Flight

Includes a Helicopter Flight

Due to unstable weather conditions in the mountains, the schedule of domestic flights often changes, which can delay the journey by several days. To avoid this, we have included a helicopter flight – a guarantee of a stable schedule, comfort, and more time in the Himalayas.

Suitable for
beginners

Suitable for beginners

The trek requires stamina and readiness for physical challenges. It's best suited for those in good physical shape with a decent endurance level. However, with proper pacing and acclimatization, it’s absolutely achievable for first-timers.

Demanding trek

Demanding trek

The main challenges are the high altitude (up to 5,550 m), significant elevation gain (~3,000 m), overall duration (12–14 days), and potential altitude sickness. The trail is well-marked but includes rocky paths, moraines, and steep climbs. Logistics are well established (with teahouses and lodges), though conditions become basic at higher elevations. Weather can be harsh — expect cold nights and strong winds.

High-altitude
experience

High-altitude experience

The highest point of the trek is Kala Patthar at 5,545 m, with an overnight stay at 5,140 m. No special training is required, but you will feel the effects of thinner air and lower pressure. This altitude is considered safe and manageable for healthy individuals.

Trek, breathe, connect

A raw and rewarding trekking experience

The route is physically demanding and quite minimalistic — no luxury, no shortcuts. You’ll walk 5–7 hours a day through forests, suspension bridges, rocky valleys, and high-altitude terrain. It’s challenging, but this is what makes the journey so powerful and grounding.

Yoga & breathwork practices

Simple, grounding sessions in the mornings and evenings — no prior experience needed.
A space to reconnect with your body and tune into the energy of the mountains.

Tea circles & shared reflections

On selected days of the route, we gather in the evening for tea and quiet group time. These aren’t structured “sessions”, but rather relaxed moments to pause, listen, and share if you feel like it.

Yana Borodina

Yoga & mindfullness coach, Scapers' host, founder of Scorpyoga

Mountains and nature always remind me about my childhood, because these are the landscapes where I grew up. Although the steppes and estuaries were also an important part of my development.

Yoga, for me, is a natural process of connecting with myself, which is why it's best to practice in nature.

Nature is diverse: cold, wet, or blossoming. These physical states immerse you into deeper layers of the unconscious, helping to rediscover wild roots and hidden desires.

I approach outdoor practice with simplicity because hiking can be exhausting. So, it makes perfect sense to stretch, work with breath, and do twists. Nature itself—the air, the wind—helps in observing one's state. The body moves, but the spirit stays awake in wild places. The heart and soul need practices that connect spirit, body, and mind, calming down and restoring strength.

Local team of mountain guides

Our partners since 2017

We collaborate with a team of experienced Nepali mountain guides, who have been our trusted partners since 2017. In the challenging mountain environment, having reliable local guides is crucial. Our guides are skilled in mountaineering, first aid, and possess the necessary accreditations. They are fluent in local dialects and are adept at navigating any unforeseen situations.

The Himalayas are their home; they grew up there, know every trail intimately, and continually explore lesser-known routes. They speak English fluently and, in addition to ensuring our safety at high altitudes, they will help us experience the mountains with the utmost comfort.

Enjoy at your own pace and focus on exploration rather than just visits.

With or without a companion, fast or slow - it's up to you. We respect your own space and the opportunity to be alone with its reflections and breathtaking majesty of the mountains.
