Meet our team

Ksenia - group leader, founder of Scapers

I’m 32 years old and from Ukraine, with a deep love for mountains, yoga, and Chinese tea. In 2014, I transitioned from a career as a lawyer to explore new paths. Initially, I ventured into entrepreneurship, then taught yoga in the Carpathians. By 2017, I combined all my skills to manage a yoga hotel in Bali.

Living in Asia since 2016, I’ve consistently visited Nepal every season, except during the lockdown. My growing passion for the mountains and the desire to share the Himalayas with others led me to leave my hotel job and start organizing mountain expeditions.

Over the past six years, my life has undergone many changes: I returned to Ukraine, went back to Asia, and shifted projects and jobs. Yet, the Himalayas remain a constant source of inspiration and strength for me.

Local team of mountain guides

We collaborate with a team of experienced Nepali mountain guides, who have been our trusted partners since 2017. In the challenging mountain environment, having reliable local guides is crucial. Our guides are skilled in mountaineering, first aid, and possess the necessary accreditations. They are fluent in local dialects and are adept at navigating any unforeseen situations.

The Himalayas are their home; they grew up there, know every trail intimately, and continually explore lesser-known routes. They speak English fluently and, in addition to ensuring our safety at high altitudes, they will help us experience the mountains with the utmost comfort.

Enjoy at your own pace and focus on exploration rather than just visits

With or without a companion, fast or slow - it's up to you. We respect your own space and the opportunity to be alone with its reflections and breathtaking majesty of the mountain
