Meet our Trek crew

I’m Anna, yoga teacher

I am 29 years old, and I have devoted more than half of my life to the study of yoga and Vedic scriptures: I started practicing as a child to heal from scoliosis and fell in love with the world of yoga. Later on I did studies with A. Zenchenko, lived and taught yoga in India for some time.

A few years ago, tea culture came into my life and the path led me to clay. At the moment I combine my role as a yoga instructor with teaching ceramics and running a pottery school. I adore nature and by means of clay I feel the connection with it. And nature, especially the mountains, is the best place for yoga! Imagine gentle yoga in the morning to properly wake up your body and mind, followed by a trekking through the most beautiful places in the world. And a restorative practice that relieves your body from tension and fatigue at the end of the day. Practicing yoga with me, you can expect attention to each participant, safety, focus on internal work, detailed explanations of biomechanics, work with attention and breathing.

Anya - top guide & adventure co-host

Anya, 28 years old, has spent the last five years unable to imagine life without mountains in any form—whether it’s a relaxing three-day hike in the familiar Carpathians or a full-on mental health support walk in the shape of a month-long expedition to the world's highest peaks. My fascination with high-altitude landscapes began during a trip to Georgia. One close look at Kazbek, and as they say, "a storm, a spark, madness." At the same time, I fully share the Scapers team's crush on intimate, off-the-radar routes—those hidden trails meant more for observing and feeling the moment than for chasing a final destination.

Local team of mountain guides

We cooperate with a team of Nepali mountain guides. These are our partners since 2017.

In mountainous conditions, it is very important to have proven local guides who have experience in mountaineering, providing first aid, necessary accreditations, know local dialects and will be able to navigate in case of force majeure.

The Himalayas are their life, they grew up there, literally know every trail and constantly explore unpopular routes. Of course, they know English and besides taking care of our safety high in the mountains, they will help us get this high altitude experience with maximum comfort.

Enjoy at your own pace and focus on exploration rather than just visits.

With or without a companion, fast or slow - it's up to you. We respect your own space and the opportunity to be alone with its reflections and breathtaking majesty of the mountains.

With a sense of security and gentle care

Every morning you receive a detailed briefing and the route of the day, so you understand every step of the group

We are in contact with you throughout the trip and adjust the plan according to the current well-being and needs of the group

Experienced guides are always in front and behind the group, ready to provide support in any situation

There will always be an English-speaking top guide nearby, you can ask any question without any hesitation
